Contamos con 23 unidades estilo cabaña de playa frente al mar (diseño de 1 y 2 dormitorios con cocina completa, sala de estar y grandes balcones con vista al mar) combinadas con una comunidad activa que contiene restaurantes, tiendas y acceso directo al puerto deportivo en frente.

Se trata de la comunidad de Ancora y de conocer y explorar este increíble lugar. Ancora tiene una cafetería y otras tiendas y opciones para comer administradas de forma independiente, todas abiertas al público y donde personas de toda la comunidad vienen a comenzar sus actividades diarias en el océano. Guías locales para pescar, surfear, bucear, avistar ballenas, explorar las islas Marietas y muchas otras actividades utilizan Ancora como lugar de encuentro para comenzar el día. Ancora es un área activa para conocer gente a cualquier hora del día y conocer a la gente de nuestra comunidad.

El Roof top en Ancora cuenta con un espectacular restaurante y bar abierto al público. También hay una piscina en la azotea que es para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes alojados en los condominios. Es difícil encontrar una mejor vista de la Bahía de Banderas.

My husband and I needed a getaway and this was exactly what the doctor ordered. My husband could surf (some really great surf spots in walking distance) and I could lay by the pool and read. The rooms were beautiful, brand new and the view from our balcony was gorgeous! Coffee in the morning there every morning and wine in the evening! Staff very friendly. The rooftop pool and lookouts are extraordinary.

The views from the room and rooftop pool were exceptional. The hotel is very close to the beach, surf lessons, restaurants, etc. I traveled with my three children. I highly recommend the Ancora for families. The rooms include a kitchenette and a washer/dryer.

We rented four rooms for a large family reunion weekend and Ancora did not disappoint. The photos did not do justice for the beautiful rooms. Beds were very comfortable The staff were all very nice and provided wonderful suggestions when we asked for them. We will absolutely be back and recommend to anyone coming to the area.

room was absolutely gorgeous. great for traveling with a group. rooftop pool was beautiful as well! front desk guy was really polite and helpful, and we'd definitely stay here again.

Ancora was amazing! It is a beautiful property that just opened. Rooms are very spacious and well designed. Location is good as you have many good restaurants near by ranging from high end to very affordable depending on what you want. The rooftop had spectacular views of the bay with an infinity pool. Loved the coffee shop in the morning. Very well done overall with attentive service. I will definitely be back.

My husband and took a post-Christmas vacation at Ancora Punta Mita, taking advantage of the soft opening prices. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The one-bedroom unit was spacious, well-appointed, modern and quiet. The balcony was large and we had a lovely view of the town and local beach. We liked the location as it's in town but on the water (the boat dock is right outside, so lots of activity in the mornings - fun to watch). If you are a resort person who doesn't want to have any kind of local experience, then this isn't the place for you, but if you enjoy being part of the activities in town, it's a great location. The rooftop pool area is not huge, but the views are absolutely spectacular and it's a great spot to sit with a book for the afternoon. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They organized several activities for us and addressed all of our questions promptly and completely. It's also minutes walk from the great Punta Mita restaurants. Highly recommend!
